Bridge Housing Grant
The Bridge Housing Grant provides up to $10,000 in down payment and/or home closing expenses such as closing costs, prepaid expenses, and discount points to promote homeownership for low and moderate income individuals and families. Valor Bank and Urban Bridge partnered on the Bridge Housing Grant to help make a positive impact in the neighborhoods they serve.
